Starting college is a big transition, and every Buckeye's first-year experience is unique. Throughout the fall semester, First Year Experience (FYE) will feature stories written by FYE Peer Leaders who have successfully navigated their own transition to Ohio State and are eager to share their insights with new students. Through honest reflections and practical advice, these stories highlight the successes, challenges and growth that often occur during the first semester of college. We hope this collection of stories helps students feel connected to the Ohio State community and supported throughout their first semester.

Each month, the stories will explore a theme that is central to the first-year experience such as:
