Designed for faculty and staff, the annual Focusing on the First Year Conference provides a forum for sharing strategies and best practices related to supporting the success and transition of first-year students at Ohio State.

The conference serves as a professional development opportunity, ensuring that the university's faculty and staff are equipped with the latest information and most effective methodologies to guide and empower our newest students.
