First Year Experience offers several opportunities for upperclass students to aid in the transition of incoming first-year students.

Apply for Pre-Enrollment Program Facilitator Positions

FYE is looking for passionate students to help facilitate summer pre-enrollment programs that help first-year students transition to the university. These programs include the Leadership Collaborative, and Camp Buckeye, and Buckeye Adventures. The information packet and application for these positions are available on our Carmen website. The application also includes positions for pre-enrollment programs offered by other offices on campus, including the R-Lead program and First Generation Buckeye Leadership Connection.

To access the 2013 pre-enrollment program facilitator application:

• Visit Carmen and Log in using your name.#
• Select the Join link from the gray menu bar (the bar starts with Welcome [Your Name]!)
• Select the Join link toward the bottom of the screen
• Navigate the list to select Pre-Enrollment Program Facilitators
• Follow the instructions to confirm enrollment
• The course should appear as an ongoing course in your Carmen homepage under the header Enrollment Services Undergraduate
