Undergraduate Admissions and First Year Experience offers several opportunities for upper-class students to aid in the transition of incoming first-year students.

We are looking for upper class students to help facilitate a number of summer, pre-enrollment programs, that help first-year students transition to the university. If you have questions about these positions, please contact Daniel MacKenzie with questions. Please click on each position name below to view a job description.

• Camp Buckeye/Buckeye Adventures Facilitator
• Leadership Collaborative Facilitator (rising 3rd and 4th year students only)
• Buckeye Leadership Connection Facilitator
• First Generation Buckeye Leadership Connection Facilitator
• Green Buckeyes Facilitator

There is one common application for all of the five positions listed above. Complete your application by joining the Pre-Enrollment Program Facilitators course on Carmen. Apply by February 10, 2012!

• Visit the Carmen web page and Log in using your name.number
• Select the Join link from the gray menu bar (the bar starts with Welcome [Your Name]!)
• Select the Join… link toward the bottom of the screen
• Navigate the list to select Pre-Enrollment Program Facilitators
• Follow the instructions to confirm enrollment
• The course should appear as an ongoing course in your Carmen homepage under the header Enrollment Services Undergraduate

Please note: other positions coordinated by FYE, such as the First-Year Connections Team and Transfer Student Activities Board, will retain separate application and selection processes.
