Programs | Outdoor Adventures

Student Life Recreational Sports' Outdoor Adventure Center welcomes first-year students to campus with multi-day outdoor adventures designed to help new students connect with each other and prepare for life as Buckeyes. Students may select from different adventures based on their interest and comfort in the outdoors. No prior experience is necessary and all equipment is provided. Each program contains a specifically designed curriculum to prepare students for the challenges they will face on campus and will provide leadership opportunities while in the field to help them on day one. All programs are run with the support of trained student leaders whose goal is to make students feel connected and excited about starting their Ohio State journey.
